Very Disappointing Experience I recently rented tables with linen tablecloths and chairs from Events Partner for a dinner event. At the start, everything seemed fine, although I did point out that some of the tablecloths already had visible stains. They were not overly obvious, so I decided to accept them and proceed with the event. What happened after the event, however, was extremely disappointing. Their staff started taking photographs of the food stains left on the tablecloths and then asked me to sign a form acknowledging the stains. I was genuinely surprised. These tablecloths were specifically rented for a dinner event, so naturally, some food and drink stains are going to occur during the course of the dinner. Expecting linen tablecloths to remain completely spotless after guests have eaten is simply unreasonable. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I had already highlighted the existing stains before the event. When I questioned the staff about why they were photographing normal food stains and asking me to acknowledge them, I was told that I would have to speak to their office instead. For a vendor charging a premium rate compared to other suppliers, I expected a much more professional and reasonable approach. Instead, the entire experience left a very bad impression. I have worked with various event vendors over the years, and this is by far one of the most unpleasant experiences I have encountered. It is not the stains themselves that bothered me, but the unnecessary and unreasonable way the situation was handled. Very disappointing service. I would not recommend Events Partner and will not be using them again for future events. *Includes the T&C which is at the back of agreement.

I had an awesome experiences with Events Partners. My order was placed with Nicholas on Wednesday afternoon around 1ish for set up the very next day between 10am - 12pm and he actually delivered as promised with no extra charges. Delivery team was prompt in communicating and professional. Tear down was smooth and hassle free. Highly recommended!
