I was very annoyed that the delivery details was not communicated properly to the drivers twice. Once during setup and another time during teardown. The driver wanted to deliver to a totally different location. I’m shocked that this could happen twice. I have used Events Partner over the last few years and never had this issue before. Very disappointed this time.

We engaged Events Partner for the tables, chairs, and reception setup for our daughter’s wedding on 16 May 2026, and the experience was excellent throughout.
The setup for our 300-pax reception was smooth, fast, and extremely well-organised. I was particularly impressed by the ground crew’s systematic and efficient operation — everyone knew exactly what to do, and the entire hall came together seamlessly. The quality of the tables, chairs, and table linen was excellent, and the layout was executed accurately with great attention to detail.
There were some minor adjustments needed to the table count during final checks, but the team handled everything very promptly and professionally on the spot, without any fuss. Their responsiveness made the entire preparation process much smoother and far less stressful for us.
The teardown was equally efficient — in and out in a jiffy once the event ended.
